I was all dressed up after a job interview and I wanted to try a new restaurant. Toro was on my list in Cherry Creek and the vibes were great as I walked into this beautiful hotel. Even though I was a solo, Kimberly let me sit in a booth and didn't make me feel weird for lunching by myself. A perfect spot for lunch meetings, out of town guests and date night, I'll be back (with friends) to celebrate when I get the job! The restaurant is just gorgeous! Very lovely ambiance - a great place to impress a date. We were there for happy hour (3-5PM) and the food was very tasty, while the cocktails really knocked it out of the park! There is a beautiful outdoor area that I am looking forward to checking out in the summertime!
