The problem with this Wendy's is just location. Next to a bunch of night clubs on Colfax, it not only feels unsafe with people roaming around the parking lots, and hanging around the dining room, which just creates chaos for the workers so they have an attitude while trying to do their job. I just picked up an order I placed online and was distracted in the drive thru line so I went straight to the first window and told them I forgot to tell them I ordered online and they got upset, a very rude lady made me wait further down the line for a few minutes, plus I had to get out of my car because she wouldn't give me a straw, what's the point of ordering online if your food won't be ready?
