“American fusion bistro! I got a great slab of perfectly done prime rib for an amazing price. My wife ordered salmon baked on a cedar slab. Both were excellent. We started off with a lemon/tropical chello(sp?)served in a sugar-rimmed martini glass.Appetizers, a beef lettuce wraps with fried rice noodles and red head chicken wings with gorgonzola dressing.A glass of white wine, and creme brulee with coffee to finish up.Excellent service and food!“
“What a great experience. We were a massive group of adults and kids and they were completely accommodating. They gave us a table for just the kids. They took care of splitting bills to respective families and they did this all without skipping a beat or showing any hesitation or frustration. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place. The food was delicious and the ambiance was on point. I most definitely go back and you should definitely pay them a visit.Vegetarian options: Many options.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. We were able to get a table just for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance and tables.“
“Nestled downtown Durango sits a hidden gem with delicious rich home style food, marvelous service and sense of stepping back in time. This diner is a local favorite and the photos on the wall seems to show the visits of famous people through the years. The food is cooked behind the bar. The owner Greg, is also of the cooks. Thank you for the lovely food and wonderful service. I definitely recommend. Great job!! Keep it up. ?“
“This has become a staple on all our Durango trips and is a MUST! You can't go wrong with anything you order here.Everything is seasonal, made fresh, from scratch, and is all organic and farm-to-table delicious!Like, how can ketchup be so freaking amazing when I handmade!?!?! OMG! And their fried fingerling potatoes, to die for!!! We got a basic burger and the patty melt, and we were so full at the end!!!I highly recommend trying their floats made from cane sugar and I believe they use a local soda company! So good!!!The view here is just heaven and you have to check out the little market next door! The entire experience is A+++++ and I highly recommend having a picnic here!“
“An exquisite experience! Food, cocktails, service and ambiance (even the background playlist!) were on point. If you're searching for a fine dining experience that's worth the price tag in Durango, don't bother with Primus or Seasons — this is what you've been searching for. Cocktails are perfection (we recommend the Banana for Scale, Bye Bye American Brine, and Straight to the Core), appetizers are delightful (GET THE BURRATA), and entrees are well balanced and satisfying (we recommend the Hanger Steak and Seared Scallops). If you get Ryan as your server, you win!“
“I have had the pleasure of enjoying Rupert’s many many times over the past few months. In Durango there are a lot of overpriced places to eat, but Rupert’s is reasonably priced, the cooks are amazing, the waiters/waitresses along with the bartenders tend to each customer in a timely fashion with an amazing attitude. Also the atmosphere is very homey while also having its own creative spin on a diner theme. Definitely check out the walls of toasters. I love their mimosa’s by the bottle and their pimento bacon cheeseburgers for brunch. If you are just visiting the Durango area I would highly recommend adding this to your list of stops, and if you are a Durango local who hasn’t tried Rupert’s…why haven’t you tried this place out yet?? Get on it!“
“This place was awesome! The vibes and atmosphere were amazing! The waiter was so nice and helpful. It was super cold sitting right by the front door. I had to eat with my coat on lol. The cocktail menu is almost overwhelming… almost! We had a few different ones with the recommendation from our waiter and he didn’t disappoint! The appetizers were the best thing we had! The southwest egg rolls were the best we ever had! The cheese curds and cheese fries. The only thing that lacked at this place was the tacos. I tried 2 different ones in a lettuce wrap and my sister had 4 different ones. They did not have the best flavor. My kids ordered a burger and it was just an ok burger. My husband however loved the flatbread pizza he ordered!“
“Excellent breakfast sandwiches, quiche, coffee, hot cocoa and pastries at great prices in a relaxing atmosphere with great service. Gluten free is an added bonus.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are excellent in a wide range of choices“
“Great spot in downtown Durango. We stopped in on a Saturday night on our way through town. Had a short wait for a table, service was great. I had the pulled pork chimichanga, which was out of this world. Hubby had the cod entrée, which he really enjoyed.“
“We stopped here on our way out of town and the food was delicious. Don't shy away from anything with the green chili sauce in it or on it. Best grits ever and I'm not a grits fan! Try the green chili cheese grits! I wish I would have brought some home with me. If I were a local this would be my breakfast go to.“
“Best food in town that we've found so far, hands-down, and we've been to Durango a few times! Loved their beers, especially their non-IPA's! Great atmosphere for hanging out, and right in downtown where other local sites and the train station are, though I can see how finding parking may be an issue occasionally. We'll definitely come back again!“
“I liked this restaurant. It had a good atmosphere. I didn't get any "weird owner" vibes like other reviewers. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. We really enjoyed the acorn fondue and decided to start making a variation of this at home. It's a great idea! We also took the recommendation of others and had the mushroom pizza, which was really delicious. They had a good wine list, but no decanters. If you have bottles in the $100 range, it would be good to have a few around. Otherwise, I'd go back for the pizza and a glass of wine any day!“
“Ask about the Sherriff and the MarshallEl Moro was recommended to me by the front desk at the Stater Hotel. Typically, I'm skeptical of these recommendations but it was a wonderful evening to stroll up Main street and I soon found myself at the bar of El Moro. The service could not have been better! My glass was kept full of a wonderful liberation (try their twist on a Manhattan, amazing. For me the apple beet salad was unusual and delighted. The dressing is thick and smeared around the inside of the bowl (trust me on this one) and allows you to get just the right amount. The NY strip was fine, nothing that I would seek out again. But the people, so kind, so full of a unique place (check out the food grater lamps around the bar.)Oh, and don't forget to ask your server about the Marshall and the Sheriff.“
“August 27, 2023. Sunday. Breakfast.Appearances are deceptive. This food truck, at the back of 11th Street Station, is small and hidden by an old Conoco truck. My wife and I ventured here because of all the great breakfast burrito reviews on Yelp. We love finding spots that are possibly better than homemade. The cashier accommodated us, because they were about 30 minutes from stopping burrito sales. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito ($12) with cheddar cheese, bacon, chipotle sour cream, hashbrowns, eggs and green chile. My wife ordered the pork belly breakfast burrito ($12) with pork belly, hashbrowns, pepperjack cheese, eggs, chipotle sour cream and green chile. Our burritos were ready in 20 minutes and our green buzzer vibrated. These were very large burritos. They toasted the tortilla on the outside, a nice touch. Green chile had absolutely no heat and the burrito could have used more bacon. Other than that, no complaints for size and taste. The chipotle sour cream went perfectly with the other ingredients. All the ingredients were fresh and the eggs were real, not powdered. My wife enjoyed hers and definitely said it was one of the best breakfast burritos she's ever had. Hit this spot up for a filling, top notch burrito. We had excellent service and left full.“

“My gal pals and i had a blast! Shaggy was the best and took care of us, and what looked like the entire patio, promptly. Excellent service. Fries were a touch overdone but i didnt mind that much. Burgers were great! Thanks for making our Durango trip even sweeter! <3“
“Great allergy-friendly options for both food and drink (I'm both gluten AND dairy intolerant and got to enjoy yummy breakfast and latte.) Adorable location in a restored middle school. Lots of nostalgia. PLUS, the working art coop made for great browsing while waiting for my order. Comfy seating indoors and out.“
“This lounge is situated inside the doubletree by Hilton hotel and the location is ideal as it has the Tesla destination charger in the complex, walking distance from downtown and if it's too cold for you like it was for me today you can just come here and grab a beer and wait till your car gets charged. Beer is reasonably priced. They have a couple of board games here aswell so a pretty decent place overall.“
“Been going to this same Denny's since I was a little kid. Familiar faces that stick around for years. Great place to sit every Sunday at the bar. Many great servers, and today's server was Trey. Thanks buddy and everyone that have made this a Sunday morning home for years ?“
