“Always love going to Grassburger. I think it's the best burger place in town. I don't mind paying a little more if the employees get paid a living wage. Thank you.Vegetarian options: I know they were on the menu, and I'm sure they're great.Dietary restrictions: They only sell Zuber-Fizz soda, because it's made with cane sugar. It's great too. They serve beer too.“
“Colin and his staff are THE BEST! By far, the friendliest we have experienced in Durango. We love the food and the atmosphere. They make it fun to be there and accommodate everyone! We have thoroughly enjoyed coming here on our yearly visits. The burger is a MUST!“
“We stopped here on our way out of town and the food was delicious. Don't shy away from anything with the green chili sauce in it or on it. Best grits ever and I'm not a grits fan! Try the green chili cheese grits! I wish I would have brought some home with me. If I were a local this would be my breakfast go to.“
“This is a real find in Durango! An unpretentious, old school, small town vibe, burger place; near downtown. They have a walk up order counter and pick up window. The menu isn't gigantic but they focus on quality burgers, fries, onion rings and hot dogs. I highly recommend the green chili cheeseburger. The onion rings are hand-dipped and deep fried per request! Very friendly staff and a quick kitchen. They do have tables and outdoor seating, but space is limited.Dietary restrictions: They are very up front and willing to accommodate nearly any dietary restriction.“
“There is a special trait for anyone who works in a hotel restaurant and Jen embodied all of that. After many many hours of driving she was a breath of fresh air in conversation, stories, and listening to us. The food here was very good and the Burger was excellent. The drinks were cold but Jen is the one who needs to be cloned across the world in terms of hospitality“
“First time at Grass Burger, and the food was fantastic!I'm not too picky about food, I'll eat anything that doesn't eat me first, and for that reason, I won't say i like something if it's not good. The food at Grass Burger was fantastic and the people were extremely friendly. Thank you for a great meal and a great dining experience.“
“Best breakfast I have ever had super cozy southern style atmosphere and customer service was very nice. Although none of that compares to how divine the food tasted, everything was so creative, they managed to take simple things like waffles and biscuits and gravy and add a bunch of creative stuff like chili, green chilis, cheese stuffed inside the waffles etc. but they did all this without making it too much 5 stars is an understatement. Please give this place the attention it deserves.“
“A classic diner in the middle of a shopping mall in Durango. They've done this for 40 years and have it down pat. There's a bar and a row of tables crammed into a single unit, and it works perfectly. The menu has so many options. My wife and I split a breakfast burrito (it's that big!), and I had a slab of ham big enough to call dinner. It's rare that I leave food on a plate, but I did here.Look at the display of pies, amazing!Service is efficient and courteous to the extent of the rush of customers. We went around 11:00 and had no wait. High on the yum scale!“
