I am a CO native now living in Tulsa, We came tovisit my daughter for her 21st birthday. We own 3 successful restaurants and I am pretty particular about dining experiences. I was blown away by this place! Upon entry we were greeted by a welcoming, professional host who promptly took us to our reserved table. I had not been a couple of years. Eolus has only matured better in all three categories. Our server Ryan was knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and the bar (secret) menu. We came for happy hour and the restaurant kept up such quality and eye for detail you just don’t always see going out on a Thursday night. Absolutely try this one. They’re top tier for Durango.
