We saw this place was within walking distance of the home we rented. We read the reviews and had a local tell us this place is good. We walk over, got the last of two tables at 4:30 PM on a Thursday and ordered drinks and queso. I had the special margarita, cucumber and jalapeno. It was good, not too spicey for me and I am a big baby when it comes to things too spicey. Spouse had a house margarita. It was really good with fresh fruit in it. My son and I came to Durango to ski. Unfortunately I was injured on the 1st day, so we ordered delivery. Door Dash completely messed up our orders...and we got someone else's. Frida's made things right with us....and it was delicious. Thank you for helping the day to end on a better note.

Stopped here for lunch; parking lot is small but I got a space. The crispy carne asada tacos and guacamole were great, and the salsa had good heat without being overpowering. Friendly staff and quick service; I’ll be back for sure!
