Took longer then normal but that was a customer not staff. Always great food!!! Great service!!! But unfortunately after this last weekend I have to add that my husband and I were served undercooked chicken we had eaten in the dark on the drive home in a snow storm. We both commented the chicken seemed greasier then usual the bun was soggy and the chicken didn't have that normal crunch about it but we were starving so we ate it. There's way better locations to order your catering from. They didn't include plates and silverware even though it was requested. When I asked for sauces, I was told it wasn't on my order. This is true because I usually i order from the location on colfax & Garfield, and they always include all the sauces, paper goods, and even table cloth! My pick-up time was 11:45, but the order was not ready until 11:55. So not only was food late to the event, but they also had no silverware...read full review
