Repeat customer. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a 5. Great selection and variety of wine, along with great cocktails and beers on tap. The GSM rotating "wine of the moment" was an excellent pairing for our Denver Restaurant Week selection this visit. We discovered One Barrel due entirely to the Denver Restuarant Week promotion. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, largely due to the superb service and delicious meal, but also because we were treated like valued long-time clients, despite it being our first visit.
