This is a story of THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION (Cherry Hills) going above and beyond. The other location (17th Ave) had ruined my daughter's birthday. She has allergies yet cravings for Chicago style pizza leaving Paxtis as the only option. So that is what she had asked for her birthday lunch having tried Paxtis before: their dairy free chicago style pizza. Not a fan of deep dish but I might try theirs. I’m from Chicago. Speaking from experience, their crust is excellent. Almost cracker crispy. The whole wheat has more flavor, though slightly less crispy. Their toppings were good but not great and skimpy for the price. The 14” is a single serving for a big eater.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm just glad I was not in a hurry. But it happens. It was a additional 30 minutes of waiting until my deep dish pizza was ready. Perhaps a mistake. I'm not sure? But the wait was worth it! It was delicious ?. And this little extra time is the only reason I gave 4 Stars.
