“This is the kind of pizza my friends and I would get back in middle school on a Friday night filled with horror movies and GoldenEye 64 death matches. It isn't a NY style slice, this is an all American classic nostalgia slice that caters lovingly to the kid inside. Also, you can get Tikka masala and a burrito at the same time. 10/10 and one of the dudes has a big buffant mustache that is just magical and perfect“
“I enjoyed the stout beer, and the pizza was fine. I wanted to love the spent grain crust, but it was a little tough to chew. My order was not filled correctly, I ordered Mac and cheese and received pretzel bites instead. I was not going to go back out to pick up a new order, so I did not give the restaurant a chance to correct the mistake, and I accept half the blame since my partner did not check the order before leaving. Happy to try it again if ever I'm back in the area.“
“This family-owned business is the gem of Denver. We moved to town last fall and bring every friend who visits here. You may have to wait a few minutes to get seated but it’s easy to pass time at the bar. The staff is personable and warm, and their cannoli — particularly the pistachio one — is the best I’ve ever had! Their vodka sauce is also to-die-for. Definitely stop by for arancini, and make sure you order an Italian soda with cream.“
“I HAVE BEEN BY HERE SO MANY TIMES AND FINALLY DECIDED TO STOP IN. The sandwich was so good! I ordered the Bronx and the fresh baked roll, the bake on it..it was delicious. I also ordered a slice of cheese for my buddy and it was very good as well. I am so glad that I stopped in. Giant sub and a slice for 14 bucks is a great deal. They also have great lunch specials.“
“Ordered delivery. Large roasted garlic and red pepper pizza, order of the Garlic knots and artichoke spinach dip. A kids fettuccine. Pizza was decent felt like it was lacking some flavor. Fettuccine I won't eat or order again. My fried liked the garlic knots and dip. It was good. I wouldn't say it was worth the money I paid. I may go to the place to eat to see if there is a difference.“
“One of my favorite pizza spots in town and my friend’s favorite when he comes to visit (Italian restaurant owner from GA). They use tipo 00 flour which doesn’t bother a lot of people with gluten issues (they have a gluten free pizza too) and they have buffalo mozzarella as an option too (which also doesn’t bother a lot of people with dairy issues). Great pizza overall regardless what issues or not you have ?.“
“I was just in the area one day and Googled "pizza near me" and this place was one of the few that were open, as it was before 11am so I gave it a try. I just happened to go on a Wednesday, and they have "half off pizza Wednesdays" so I would definitely go during a Wednesday if you're unsure whether or not you'll like the place.I had the garlic cheese bread and a deep dish pizza. The garlic cheese bread is ok. It's not bad, but they just put cheese on a slice of bread. My favorite cheesy breads are those made from pizza dough, because they come out a lot fluffier and just taste better in general. The cheese is great but the marinara dipping sauce that comes with it is pretty average. It's not super bad, but nothing about it stood out. There were some larger chunks of tomato in mine so I wouldn't be surprised if it was made in-house.The deep dish was really good. The crust has a nice flavor too; not too powerful (more of a background taste which is how it should be). The crust is nice and fluffy, too. Without trying it back-to-back with Giordano's, I would probably pick Giordano's in a very narrow victory because I have had their deep dish a few times and haven't been disappointed. With the half off Wednesdays deal in mind, however, if it was a Wednesday this place would get my business first.“
“Recently after relocating to Colorado, I sought meaningful ways to engage with my new community and happened upon Cafe 180. Intrigued by their mission and operational model, I decided to dedicate a few hours volunteering, which unveiled a truly inspiring environment to me. This establishment not only serves great meals that surpass regular dining options but also caters to individuals who may not always have the means to pay.In my brief time there, it was apparent that a significant number of guests were enjoying meals despite their inability to pay, reflecting an amazing and sustainable model crafted thoughtfully by those behind Cafe 180. The real… is not only the delivery of such services but managing to incorporate volunteers, like myself, seamlessly into their operations.Specific love/cheers to Suzanne - both of them! - Thomas, and D, for not only welcoming an untrained volunteer into their kitchen with open arms and radiant smiles but also allowing me to be a part of their incredible mission. I am enthused to continue lending a hand here, aspiring to learn their processes to become progressively helpful in the kitchen, though I find solace knowing that if all else fails, my dishwashing skills will always be of use. “When my girlfriend lost her job and needed a pick-me-up, they delivered. We got the gluten free pizza (fire btw), but wasn't able to add pineapple on our fav menu option (The five boroughs). In the comments we explain the situation and asked for pineapple and they were able to provide it ♥️ also with a lil message. Thank you guys, really made her night.“
“The first time I heard of them was from their catering for a charity benefit that I attended. For me that's always a plus that they are involved in their local community, but their bruschetta was really good. I've ordered delivery since and it was also really good. I'll have to dine in at some point.“
