I went there last Saturday for Denver breakfast burrito day. The breakfast burritos were half off so $1.25 each and there was a limit of 5. It was on a Saturday and the chef's choice was bacon that day. This place sells tons of breakfast burritos daily and even more on this special day. Had hot green chili breakfast burrito, good flavor and nice level of spice. Very busy and interesting to watch production line efficiency. Staff were nice. This is a Colorado chain but food still good as when it was family run. Highly recommend

There isn't much to say about Santiago's except that it's delicious. I'd prepare to wait in line no matter what time you show up, but they have the best breakfast burritos in town. And don't worry if you're vegetarian, you can request they be made without meat.
