Shout out to these great employees, having to put up with horrible working conditions and faulty machinery. I don't know why the franchise owner doesn't insist on the AC getting fixed, come on, it's been a year since it broke! No wonder he has such high employee turnover, I wouldn't want to work there. Having no AC is an OSHA violation, and it endangers the food safety.Seems like a lazy owner. Wish he would do better for his employees and customers.
The gentleman working was the most pleasant employee I have ever gotten at a Subway. I didn't catch his name but he was working 8/21/23 around 1:00-2:00. Thank you for your awesome customer service!
