I have a really difficult allergy to work around (nightshades: meaning no tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc.) and I walked in really craving a pasta.The waitress was super nice about this and made several runs to the chef to ask questions about ingredients. Unfortunately it turned out that all their pasta either had a red sauce, or the meat was marinated with tomatoes. This was our first time in Estes Park and Hunters Chop House. This place vastly exceeded our expectations in service, food quality and presentation. The staff is amazing and also very helpful when it came to offering tips on where to go and what to see. We will DEFINITELY be returning. You guys rock!!

We got 3 apps 2 entrees and desert for roughly $120. The food was the most amazing food I've ever had. Elk chops, bison ravioli, bone marrow app all of it. Presentation oh my I can't say enough about this place.
