After living in Fort Collins for 18 years, I can say that Beijing Noodle is one of the best, if not the best restaurant in town.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good Chinese food.Top Picks:1. Pan Fried Pork Dumplings2. Henin Gravy Noodles3. Oil Spill w/ pork4. Sweet Milk Pancake
First off, the food was amazing! We were having a very late lunch of Oil Spilled Noodles with chicken and Fried Dumplings, and we shared the portions between the two of us, which was perfectly filling.Everything was served quickly and was hot and perfectly spiced in our opinion. Not overly so, but just right! The decor is basic, and business like. The server was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Cannot wait to go back and explore more of their offerings! Limited but free parking.

We've been here a couple of times and have gotten the oil spill noodles, sesame noodles, spicy wonton soup, and the scallion pancakes. We love the authentic flavors and it's refreshing to have a high quality option for Chinese food that isn't just the same dishes as most places. The service has been great both times. Highly recommend this place.
