“Jim’s Wings is my favorite restaurant in Fort Collins. I have been coming to this location since I was probably 5 years old. This was one of my Dads favorite places in the world. Sadly he passed away a few years back and coming into Jim’s reminds me of him every time. I wanna give a massive shout out to Robert and Brian probably some of the best and friendliest staff I have ever met in my life. Jim the owner I have known for years as well and is one of the best guys around. My family back in Ohio constantly asks us to send Jim’s sauce to them because of how much they love it. But with all that said Jim’s wings food and atmosphere never fails to impress thank you guys for all you do!!“
“Congrats to the manager and Zac and his staff. I ordered online and somehow DoorDash cancelled my order after more than an hour waiting. I called the store in Fort Collins and the manager explained me why and apologized, even if it wasn’t the store fault. I decided to go and order and pick up, paid my order and when it was ready the manager came out and said to me that the order had been refunded and it was on them. Really great customer experience. Well done and you will see us really soon“

Whoever I spoke with on the phone owned the mistake and refused to have me drive to get my pizza. You are one of the reasons this place keeps their customers. I have been a customer since there was a little room upstairs to eat my pizza in, before renovations. I love this place and the employees are phenomenal. I simply went for the pizza after stopping by the local Kava spot & chocolatier date spot I love earlier. It was such a fun adventure❣️❣️Go for the food!! Fun treat spot ? ?? “The folks who work here are the kindest staff I have ever met at a fast casual restaurant. The people who work here deserve raises and to be recognized for their great customer service. I ordered "the fat shack" next time I would probably get "the Bronco" or something different to spice it up. The sandwich was good and you really can't beat getting it right after it was made. It was my first time getting a sandwich that wasn't delivered and it was worth it. Great experience. I would recommend this restaurant to friends because of the great customer service and friendly staff.“
“I was excited to try this place but was sketched out by the menu. There are too many options (a very good thing if you're staying and have a big party like we did, so not a complaint!) Tried the pizza with green chili and cream cheese (I don't want to butcher the name) and it was PHENOMENAL. Cheese was so stretchy. It was hot but not a burn the roof of your mouth hot. It was literally perfect. A gorgeous nostalgic stop as well, I might be a 90s kid, but good lord, everything here brought me back to how my mom and dad raised me. I'm definitely coming back if I end up in Fort Collins. (!!Apologies for not moving all the tables back before I left, I was unsure of where some of the tables came from and there was another party where the others were supposed to go and didn't want to intrude!!)“
