The folks who work here are the kindest staff I have ever met at a fast casual restaurant. The people who work here deserve raises and to be recognized for their great customer service. I ordered "the fat shack" next time I would probably get "the Bronco" or something different to spice it up. The sandwich was good and you really can't beat getting it right after it was made. It was my first time getting a sandwich that wasn't delivered and it was worth it. Great experience....read full review

Whenever I come in i’m always helped with ease and efficiency. One employee in particular, Reed, is always super nice and personable. He’s very social and kind and always knows what sandwich or wings to recommend. Love coming

I just came in with my daughter and James was so great! He was super friendly, and the service was awesome. This was our first visit and we are definitely going to be coming back soon! And not to mention the food was soooo good.
