Great food for the price, pretty simple selection. I recommend splitting proteins from carbs as it will cook better that way and 2 bowls fits a plate well. Was not busy during the week.
My coworker brought me here on our way home from a conference. I didn't know what to expect, but I was thoroughly impressed. There's just something about being able to put together your very own, perfectly crafted to you dish, handing it over to be cooked immediately in front of you, and enjoying right off the grill. Husband and I have found "our" spot after a year of being in CO. The options are plentiful, including a great amount of vegetarian, seafood as well. Staff is kind and efficient. The grillers are also polite and quick!Vegetarian options: Fresh veggies varieties and tofu.
