We just had a great time at our favorite restaurant. We sat outside and the rain made my birthday Magical! I’m 74 and it would have been nice to have a cushion on my hard metal seat. None the less, we had a great time. Thanks

Jay's Bistro was a staple in Fort Collins fine dining and cocktails! I am sad to to such a wonderful establishment leave our community. I am hopeful another jazz efficianoado picks up where Jay's left off!

We have been here three times for dinner with immediate family, most recently to celebrate a birthday. In every instance, the food, beverages and service did not disappoint. My only gripe is having to shout over the live music but it is, after all, a jazz bistro. Sadly, they are closing down at the end of the month so no more duck wing appetizers.
