About 15 yrs ago my now wife and I would come here and hang out, for the afternoon people watching. At night we would play bingo on Tuesdays, hang out for trivia on Sundays the weekends were a blast with DJ Wiggles or Macy. We've been back since we got married and had kids. It wasn't the same as it was when we would be there til close but we have changed too. This last time we went in (3/15/24) we felt more at home. There might not be a better bbq location in Colorado than Mo Jeaux's. My party ordered a BBQ meat plate, a sloppy jeaux, a chicken tender basket, an oyster sandwich, and a pub burger basket. Everything was perfectly fresh. The meats had the right level of sweetness and smokiness with a kick. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone level epic. The pub burger was cooked well and is simple. Very very good BBQ spot! Lunch had plenty of tables for getting sat quickly. Our server chatted with us, kept drinks coming and gave very good recommendations.The hush puppies were out of this world. I could have eaten my body weight in those!We did the full rack of ribs and had enough for 4 people to get full.
