Wonderful place! Bring your appetite and your patience. The sushi and sashimi were excellent! And true to a real Javanese experience, food is made to order, not even the edamame is precooked. Before anyone says the typical American thing, "hire more staff," remember this is a Japanese restaurant run by a Japanese family, and the owner is a true Japsushi sushi chef. My daughter wanted sashimi for her birthday dinner and as we have traveled to Japan many times and lived in Asia many years we have high standards. We were not disappointed, the sashimi was incredibly fresh and wonderful. Thank you!

Nimos is by far the best Sushi resturant in NoCo, we've frequented for years and always have a great time. The food quality and care in service makes us feel like we're back in Japan. We love Nimos!
