Love the bagels! They can be a little inconsistent depending on whose working but this is my favorite quick morning stop! My primary complaint is the building is honestly disgusting. They keep the area where they make the bagels clean, but if you look at the ceilings, in the back which is open view to customers, and in the bathrooms, there is a suspicious black substance.... What a nice bagel shop! I purchased a few different types of cream cheese, sweet and savory. Also got some bagels and wish I had been there for some of their bagel sandwiches. I love the cream cheese with flavors, I used them for bagels and a dip for pretzels, perfect match.

Bagels are good but staff are not very friendly. Staff are typically miserable, incompetent, and/or outright rude. It's bagels, not NASA. And the fact that ownership / management doesn't respond to ANY of the numerous negative reviews says everything that needs to be said. Their problems start at the top!
