“I have been there on several occasions ordering tacos recently. Specifically the carne asada tacos. They have a great flavor. The portions are plentiful and everything is fresh including the corn tortillas. The fresh salsabar is a good compliment to the experience. We have also tried their El pastor tacos and they are also very good. Many years ago they used to make their fajitas with a melted cheese and bacon on top my only regret is that they stop doing that. Service was a little slow but I think they are dealing with the same staffing issues as everybody else.. The most important thing is that the food itself is fresh, consistent and very competitively priced.“

“In the culinary constellation of Fort Collins, where eateries sprawl and vie for attention like stars in the firmament, Blue Agave Grill emerges as a celestial body whose luminescence is impossible to ignore. On a spontaneous whim, my family and I, unencumbered by the tyranny of reservations, sought refuge in its welcoming embrace. What followed was not just a meal, but an odyssey of flavor and hospitality that would leave an indelible mark on our palates and hearts.Blue Agave Grill is not merely a restaurant; it is a sanctuary where the art of cuisine and the alchemy of service merge to create an experience that transcends the ordinary. From the moment we crossed its threshold, the staff, with their seamless choreography and intuitive grasp of our needs, set a stage where culinary dreams are not just made but exceeded. The protagonist of our evening was Haven, a maître d’ of the highest order, whose service would not be out of place in the hallowed halls of Michelin-starred establishments. With an eye for detail and a heart attuned to the symphony of dining, she anticipated our every need, navigating us through the menu with the finesse of a seasoned conductor. Her recommendations were not mere suggestions but golden keys unlocking the treasures of Blue Agave’s kitchen. The cuisine itself was a testament to the culinary virtuosity that resides within the walls of Blue Agave Grill. Each dish, a canvas of flavors, was a masterstroke of the chef’s prowess, marrying traditional influences with avant-garde flair. The ingredients, fresh as the morning dew, sang harmonies on our taste buds, crafting a narrative of taste that was as compelling as it was delicious. What set Blue Agave Grill apart, however, was its unerring commitment to the art of hospitality. To accommodate a family without reservation is not just a courtesy; it is a statement of philosophy, a testament to a belief in the sanctity of the dining experience. In a world where the impersonal clutches of digitization and haste often overshadow the human touch, Blue Agave stands as a bastion of warmth and personal attention. As we departed, the echoes of our laughter mingling with the memories of a meal that was nothing short of spectacular, it was clear that Blue Agave Grill had not just served us dinner; it had bestowed upon us an experience that would be cherished, a luminous thread woven into the fabric of our family’s narrative. In Fort Collins’ tapestry of eateries, Blue Agave Grill shines resplendently, a beacon of culinary excellence and hospitality that beckons to all who seek the sublime in their dining journey.“
“In the war of Tupac and Biggie Smalls, the East Coast took the win that night. Both coast oysters were good, but my favorite ones were the East Coast. Great service! I didn't love the oyster shot, but it was competing with an old fashioned.“
“My boyfriend and i go to youngs almost every week, we never get sick of it. The atmosphere is so peaceful compared to other restaurants, no one is screaming, talking loud or being rude. As soon as you walk in it’s like you enter a quiet zone and it’s perfect, the staff is always so friendly and considerate. I’ve never had a bad experience here. There was one time my boyfriend and i overheard a conversation between a customer and a staff member, the costumer mixed up the crystal rolls with the spring rolls so as soon as the server brought out the spring rolls the customer switched personalities to the point where she was getting so angry my boyfriend and i wanted to jump in. The server was so calm and friendly trying to make sure she was being taken care of even after being disrespected like that, kudos to the sever for keeping her cool and being professional.“

“It was a nice day we decided to have lunch and I ordered the unlimited crabs my husband had steak. The service was exceptional and they were very attentive. “Excellent BBQ in a sports focused neighborhood bar setting. Friendly staff. Fellow patrons seem to all know one another and warm up if you visit more regularly. Definitely has a strong local following. Have tried everything on the menu at least once. Their Alabama platter can easily serve 4 and costs less than what one would pay for the groceries to make it. Good value, great tasting food.“
