A little late on my review.. but my husband & I came in (either Friday or Saturday) for an early app and drink. We were so happy with everything Heaven recommended Cauliflower wings and they were so good! I would never have thought to order those and I’m glad we did. First time at Simmer. Wonderful place.. Great atmosphere, great service and the variety of food was awesome. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the food..and desserts! Will be back for sure. Thank you Reese, Dylan and Elsie for a wonderful dinner.

Great restaurant on the west side of Fort Collins! Non-assuming building from the outside, but very nice atmosphere on the inside.
