A huge shout out to our waitress who took the time to talk about different dishes we might like and answer questions about the ones we were unfamiliar with. She was very kind and genuine. My parents had the bibimbap and tempura udon. They were fantastic. I had tonkotsu ramen. Its hard to find ramen with yummy broth AND quality noodles. This is a great spot for lunch specials! I always go for their three roll lunch combo which includes complimentary miso soup, and a choice of three rolls - there are eleven options you can pick from. I was greeted and seated in a booth by the window immediately when I arrived, ordered a hot green tea and enjoyed the people watching while I waited for my three rolls. None of the fish tasted right. The Hi Roll was inedible. The miso soup, green mussels, and ‘salmon eggs’ (known as Ikura, but not so-named on the menu) were great. Honestly, we’re still burping up what we could eat. The service was slow at times, but friendly and I never ran out of beverages. Again, Fort Collins needs to step up its food game. It’s as if restaurateurs have FOH down, but comparable BOH is either neglected or inaccessible. So disappointed.
