This location seems to be terribly mismanaged. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through, then another 20 inside as half my order was missing. They were out of EVERYTHING - either someone didn't order enough inventory or didn't prep enough. However, the night crew on 3/26 did a fantastic job. They were really doing their best and dealing with lots of unhappy customers, and they were entirely professional and kind to each person. 1040pm nov 17 experienced clear concise professional service from a lovely drive through attendant, then enjoyed a crunchwrap with a shell made of something like moist uncooked lasagna and crammed down 3 burritos with more and thicker fold tucks than a weightwatchers convention. Portion sizes were solid and cheese was at least heavy to make up. 4/5 stars for 80% success rate.It all went down the pipe and I feel full. All in all it was the best part of my day, truthfully. Ok it's Taco Bell so I lower my expectations. The service is as slow as a sloth. Nothing in the bag. No extra sauce ordered. No napkins. I will say the lobby was clean. That was a pleasant surprise. I rarely go here and I know why. It's so slow
