i went friday and i had such terrible service with an employee i think his name was diego or something like that but he had an attitude and was very unprofessional, showing me a lack of care for customer service, he was also very slow in taking my order even when there was no one in the store or the drive thru. overall i think he couldve been high and i just had a really disappointing experience with everything besides the food
Great service received this evening! I left there saying to myself “wow, what a great experience!”Thank you neighborhood BK employees! What you do matters! I worked at BK when I was a young teen and I know it’s not an easy job and people are even more difficult to deal with some days. Thank you for your great customer service and delicious food that I didn’t have to cook ?

This afternoon I was trying to grab some quick lunch for me and my staff decided to go to the Burger King that’s on 8587 and Fountain, and had the best experience at a fast food place that I’ve had in a long time. The managers name was Joel and he was Efficient pleasant to talk to and knows how to satisfy his customers I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid they need to keep more managers like him.
