I am a DoorDasher. On the app it says to come into the restaurant to get the food. I arrived at 12:20pm on a Saturday, 5/20/23 to pick up an order. All the doors were locked and two employees were sitting by the window eating lunch. I walked to the window and showed them my phone for DoorDash. They told me to use the drive-thru. Their excuse why the entrance is always locked."we're training new employees "it's been like this for almost half a year now.there are few reasons what's going on. i'll name a few- employees are not getting paid enough- employees are maybe just lazy- manager can't run the place- they dont care- they need employees

Why does this place stay open. We tried to stop by to get Lunch at 12:30 and they were only doing drive thru which I get with short staff but the drive thru was blocked off. I went to the door and someone popped out and said they were on a 30 minute break. How are you going to have the whole store be on a break at 12:30 lunchtime and after having been closed for a couple of weeks for “maintenance”
