My family has been here twice and the first time sucked. Nothing was done correctly. Not event the side items. The Front Counter person was also not very friendly. Second experience was a lot better. We ordered pick up for the second time and food was correct. The food here tastes pretty decent and is cheap.
Service was super fast, ordered at the drive-up kiosk and paid at the window. And had the food in a matter of seconds and was on my way.Got home with the food and was quite disappointed ☹️ everything had a weird flavor to it I was not impressed with the food quality at all. The corn was like it had set out for quite awhile. The gravy had an unusual aroma and the chicken was dry and did not taste like the KFC we are used to. Our order was packed up quickly, and the food was hot and fresh. The ladies behind the counter were helpful and friendly. As far as the atmosphere goes, we did take out, so this wasn't something we noticed that much.
