I really like this place and visit whenever I am in Fruita area mountain biking. REALLY good steak at a REALLY good price. I always add a roasted jalapeño on the side to supplement the steak. It is the sirloin I am speaking of. Highly recommend.
It's probably the most comfortable restaurant I've been to in a long, long time, It's open and clean with tons of seating but never seems too loud. A couple of tvs at the bar - nothing fancy but all very inviting.The food is always spot on and full of flavor. The breading on the cheese curds has fresh herbs in them (assumed fresh because it's definitely not your typical Italian herb bread crumbs)Chili Relleno was killer and had a great crunch. The best liver and onions in town.We also had beef tip and toast.I would recommend them both.Dietary restrictions: They were awesome. I am lactose free and they helped me significantly.
