Generally, I haven’t had a problem here. Usually, it’s great. But I was hung up on by two employees tonight because when I ordered my food (medium pizza and an 8-piece hot wings) I didn’t receive the wings and didn’t realize it until I got home (again, normally have never had an issue so I trusted that my order was correct).The first employee informed me that they were out of bone in wings. This staff works harder then I have ever seen. They were backed up and we were waiting in store and saw them doing their best to keep up with their orders. The manger was really encouraging the other staff and they were working past closing time to get food out for people. Even when things were hectic, they were all still very friendly to anyone who walked in. Whole staff deserves a raise.
