When I walked in I had to wait for someone to come take my order. I think I disturbed his sleeping and he wasn't very hospitable. It took longer than expected to make my açaí bowl. He had to go to the back to get strawberries which took him quite a while. It made me think: What is he doing? He wasn't friendly! The açaí bowl was melted when I ate it. I really like Jumba Juice and don't want to see them go out of business.

There was only a single employee here, but I have to say, he was in a really pleasant mood, very friendly, conversational, and (is it okay to say this?) super cute, LOL. I wish I got his name because he deserves recognition for such a good job. Management needs to staff this location appropriately... Every time I come here there is one person working, and it's incredibly busy. I always feel so bad for the employee working their ass off to make my smoothie.
