I ordered from Doordash tonight and unfortunately most of our order was incorrect. As we were all pretty disappointed considering the cost of doordash, grubbub, ect, when I called the store the Manager, Damien, was really nice, understanding, and helpful, and tried to come up with multiple solutions for me. Although I was disappointed about the order, he seemed to really try to make it better.Great customer service

Went for lunch break. Watched four people who ordered after me get their food. Finally got my food after 15 minutes. Got back to work. Got have way through my chicken sandwich to discover not cooked all the way. Tossed the rest in the trash after showing 3 coworkers. Thanks guys. What quality. Let's see if I get sick. For Arby's sake I better not

Placed a mobile order for dinner tonight. Drove all the way from Fruita to Grand Junction since we don't have an Arby's in Fruita. I pull up to the drive through window and give them my name. They tell me they don't have an order under that name. Checked to make sure I had the right Arby's which I did. Then the girl says "This is why we usually tell people to come inside to pick up mobile orders". I never heard that happen before. I go inside the store and behold, there's my order sitting right there on the shelf, probably 5 feet from the drive through window. Seriously, if you're going to be THAT lazy, find another job as maybe a Walmart greeter. Also, maybe place the food under a warmer so it actually stays hot, or maybe even warm, for the customer. I got home to pretty much ice cold food.

Mcenzie is awesome. She always makes the experiece. She reps arbys all the way!! She deserves a raise. She goes above and beyond! Every visit. I will go out of my way just to come to this arbys!! Keep it up mcenzie!! You are hardworking and deserve it!!!

Got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and I took 2 bites of one and the meat was too thick and rubbery and it tasted horrible. By the time I got home 2 hours later I was sick and throwing up. The curly fries were all stale and too cooked. Worst Arby's I've ever had. 25 bucks to get sick and throw up all night....

Save yourself time and go to the North Ave store. Wrong order, the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them, and the roast beef tasted weird. Never had these issues at North Ave location. Won’t ever go to this location again.
