One of the best meals I've had recently. Get the elk tartare if they have it!

Too bad they changed the bin Burger from what it once was. I preferred the original that they had served since they opened with truffle aioli.

Best burger in Grand Junction. Top notch staff and ownership. I will continue to support this awesome place .

This is one of the best restaurants not just in grand junction, but all of Colorado. The food is consistently good and I’ve been coming here from the front range for years.

I loved EVERYTHING I received (heritage blue corn hushpuppies, the salmon BLT with twice cooked fries, the Southwest Limeade) and I had to stop myself from licking the inside of my glass. The food was incredible, the vibes were immaculate, the service was kind and informative...I HAVE to make my way back to Grand Junction just for this restaurant. Perfection!

During my recent visit to Bin 707 in Grand Junction, I had the pleasure of trying their elk tartare, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment it was presented at the table, I could tell I was in for a treat. The dish was expertly prepared, with the perfect balance of flavors and textures, truly highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The staff at Bin 707 were welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. This place has definitely set the bar high for steak tartare, and I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional culinary experience!

Delicious food and great cocktails.

Don't agree with the automatic surcharge. You should have great service to expect that....our service was not. I ordered a diet coke and it was a warm can of diet coke with a glass of ice and had to ask twice for more ice...just tasted flat. Ordered a burger well done, no pink, service switched my order with my friends medium burger. There should be a better way for the server to know which is which. I ordered a side of ranch dressing and was not told there was an extra charge....it was an additional charge of $3 for a side of ranch. The fries were luke warm... My friends finished their cocktails 1/2 through the meal and were never asked if they would like another. If you're going to automatically add a 20% service charge, the service should be great...not impressed at all. Won't go back.

Very pretentious restaurant. They spent more time making sure we knew they were going to add a "mandatory" 20% tip than they did serving us. It took over an hour to get our food with the appetizers delivered at the same time as the entrees and no bread or anything else in between. Everything was nicely presented, but kind of gross. There are no beers on tap, you're just paying ridiculous prices for liquor store variety bottles of beer and wine. This is a trashy diner trying to act fancy.

Meh, over priced for what it is. If you like cheese/dairy this is your place. Meh, over priced for what it is. If you like cheese/dairy this is your place.

I found myself literally speechless after my first bites of appetizer here. Not in 21 years of living in Chicago have I experienced such an exceptional dining experience. The cocktails were phenomenal. The appetizers outstanding. And the entrees were another level. When we first walked in, I was concerned about the noise level, but a few minutes in, I realized it was just because the place I was before was so quiet. It was easy to talk to each other and hear what the members of the staff were telling us. Which brings me to my last point... Words cannot express how exceptionally well-informed, well-trained, efficient, professional, and amiable the staff were. We had the privilege of being served by Kristina and Logan at the bar. Even the people who dropped food from the kitchen were knowledgeable about what they were bringing. All told, I'd drive the six hours from Denver and spend the night just for the privilege of dining here again. Josh, you should be proud of what you've created and of those who represent you in the front line. Wishing you all the success in the world - you've earned i!

Carry out orders from Bin are just as wonderful as dining in. We had a newborn in the house, so couldn't go out. Nothing like several bags of food from our favorite Grand Junction restaurant to keep us from feeling isolated. Service even for pickup is so friendly! Sat at the bar and talked wine a little with the bartender while I waited. Every Bin experience is happy.

All I wanted was something tasty and healthy to pickup for dinner. We'd been on the road for 7 1/2 hrs, just passing through on the way to Aspen. They blew our minds from the moment we drove up, wondering if Waze had brought us to the correct spot. Before I could put on my jacket to get out of the car the host had popped out and asked our names, told us to stay seated and delivered us takeout glory. Encased in gold foil were pb & j, the pork, the rillete, salmon, homemade potato chips and the beet tartare - all crazy good and delightfully presented as if Michelin ordained it. You know when you look at your spouse with that, "holy crap this is really good!" Face? And they couldn't have been more kind - What a delight to just need sustenance but to end up with a foodgasm. Five stars!
