This restaurant is to die for. I was driving though town thought I'd give it a Cafe sol a shot for lunch. My soup and sandwich was amazing. ingredients were fresh and cashier was helpful and pleasant. I ordered the cuban it was so good that I ordered one to go for my wife. She loved it too!

As always, a very nice space for lunch with out of town visitors. Very fresh salads and soup! And, very pleasant staff. Worthy of a visit anytime.

The food is fresh, uses local ingredients. Cloth napkins and real dishes are a draw for the environmentally conscious. The food is good too, generous portions.

Just went for the first time. Great little cafe with a really good menu! Had the Cuban Panini. ??? And the paninis are really large and filling. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome vegan options. Got a breakfast burrito with portobello mushroom & avocado

Large menu, fresh ingredients. Breakfast burrito was tasty, western salad was good but a little bland. Also a little pricey, but for good ingredients that's fine.

Great cafe! :) The vibe here is friendly, laid back & the food is fresh! We've eaten here a few times during our stay, plus, its where the locals go. Awesome place!

we checked into the hotel and asked where we should go for lunch they suggested this restaurant which I'm happy to report we were very happy with we had a tuna Panni which was excellent we had a Portabella mushroom Panini also Heirloom salad with Feta cheese everything was very good it was very crowded unfortunately and it took over an hour for us to get served that's why I didn't give it five stars

This was our experience at Cafe Sol on Sunday 6 June. We were traveling back from Fruita and I called Cafe Sol to see if they had a tuna melt on their menu for Kathy. The gentleman who answered said, "Yes, we do". I replied great we will be there in a few minutes to get one. He replied good we will see u then. When we arrived n ordered the lady at the counter said we do not have that today. I responded that I had called about 20 minutes ago n was told we could get one. She responded with, "Oh, yes and I told u on the phone we don't have it today." I said unless u are a male, you were not who I spoke with. She did not say she was sorry but said no we couldn't get one. First, it disturbed me that she didn't say it was a mistake but later on I didn't like how she made me feel like an idiot, coming in for something I was "told" they were not serving that day. The crew needs to be aware of what is on the menu and she needs training in customer relations...V. Hoffman.

I had scrambled eggs and ham, hubby had the turkey panini, adult kids had a salad and a panini. Everything was very good! Coffee was ok, nothing special and they don't have all the bells and whistles to go in the coffee. Daughter had a gluten free muffin and said it was really good!!

Cute little spot in town for brunch with options for any dietary preference. The service was quite behind and a few of our orders were mixed up which was hard because some people just ate what they didn’t order because they were too hungry to wait for more food. The plant based options were yummy and the portions were generous. It definitely nourished us during our stop on our trek but felt a little chaotic. Thanks for having us!

A quaint establishment with friendly but slightly disorganized staff. Everyone was welcoming but we asked about my aunt’s French toast 3 times, and when it finally came, the rest of us were done eating. Getting silverware was also difficult. Great food, awesome outdoor seating.

What a wonderful find!!! Cafe Sol has quite a selection of incredibly tasty salads and paninis (along with other offers, but that's what we got). Great location, friendly stuff, being able to sit outside on a beautiful warm Saturday morning. Healthy fresh food (and super tasty) in a restaurant is not always easy to come by, and this little Cafe is doing it just right. Planning to stop here (and Kiln coffee) every time we pass through Grand Junction from now on

I often have to travel between the front range area and Southern California and this is a must stop every time. Delicious vegan and vegetarian options which I greatly appreciate. I've shown many friends this restaurant and they've all loved.
