We waited for over 20 minutes. We did have a large order, but when we received it. There was items missing. We were interested in getting slushies but were told their machine was broken. The service was good, the staff that took the order was patient and kind. The staff who assisted with the missing items was apologetic and handled the issue with urgency.

I love this place it's my new favorite. Kehlie is amazing. She was genuinely nice and provided service with a smile even with my complicated order. And if you want a bomb ice cream cone she's the one to go see. I had been craving ice cream all day and the one she made for me was not only visually appealing it also settled my craving. Will be going back. Alot. For the service as well as the food. That girl deserves a raise and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating as well. If you want a good dairy queen experience orchard mesa is where it's at.

Fast food just isn't my thing. So a 4 ⭐ from me means it's not bad. The food was hot. Fries were a little underdone for me but it all tasted fine. No time for a yummy treat & since dessert is the best part 4 ⭐ is the all I can do. Much better than other burger focused competition though.
