I am a regular here because the food always tastes bomb asf and I can't help myself. But this location specifically is absolutely amazing, the employees are always so welcoming and sweet. Very disappointing. Ordered egg, bacon, and cheddar bagel. Everything cold! Unmelted cheese, cold pre-cooked bacon, cold egg, untoasted bagel.Brought it back, wouldn't refund but agreed to replace. The same result! Even worse!!How tough can it be to serve a hot, or at least warm, egg sandwich!? Most of the servers are friendly and helpful, but it seems either, a specific lady or a burned out kid, are there to help. I have had to go back for them to correct my order the last four times I've been there. I go on Saturday or Sunday morning each week; if you go through the drive through on the wrekends, don't drive away until you check what's actually in the bag.
