After a mistake in the kitchen with a salad, the store owner and awesome server made it right. She took time to walk over to the store I’m at with a new salad and then walked over again with a gift card for a future meal because it was a rare mistake. I definitely will keep my tradition of 3 times a month wing stop.

This was my first time trying here. Was in town visiting family. First of all, I have to say our waitress was absolutely awesome. She was right on everything. My wings were pretty good, just a thinner sauce than I usually have. Coleslaw,beans, and fries were really good.

Just wanted to make everyone aware of this new charge they have added when ordering take out.It may be the service charge for using a card, but when I asked about the “to go fee” the lady informed me that it was an automatic “tip” for the kitchen staff and servers.I don’t recall seeing any notices anywhere explaining this automatic charge. Definitely something the staff needs to inform customers about or at least post it in the establishment.

I have going to this restaurant for a very long time and have always enjoyed the food but the service has continued to go down hill, and tonight might have been the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. I tried calling in my order twice both times I was left on hold for 10 minutes then I was hung up on, so I thought no big deal maybe they are busy I'll stop in on my way home and order, when I get there they have maybe 4 tables and the only server to be found and she is talking to her friends. I go up to the place over here sign then proceed to stand there for over 10 minutes before anyone even say hello to me and by this time 3 servers and the bar tender has walk past me multiple times once I finally place my order she ask me to pay the bill witch I did but she never took my name or phone number. The food came up fairly quickly but when I went up to check on it she didn't know what order was mine and gave me attitude when I told she didn't ask me for any of my information, I finally got my food and went home, once I got home and had a chance to look at the food I realized it wasn't what I oder, so I called them and asked to speak to a manager and the gal on the phone ask me what it was regarding I told her I had a complaint that I didn't get the food that I had paid for she said the manger couldn't speak right now and that I was to call them back, I said ok what time should I do that and she told me after 8pm witch is after they close!! need less to say I will never be retuning here after horrible service, wrong food and an extreme lack of care of there customers.

This place has some of the best wings in town but their customer service is lacking. The servers here do not pay attention to the tables and people sitting down. I waited 45 minutes one time for someone to come give me a menu no one ever came so I went and got somebody. Also, I called one time on the phone they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then somebody hung up on me, also me and my husband were sitting at the bar we watch three people pass nobody said a word to us and it wasn’t even that busy so we waited 20 minutes and then left as a manager myself I would be completely embarrassed if my employees treat Customers like this I think the management and owner should be more involved in this company and come in and see how their customers are being treated.
