So many wonderful things to say about Highlands! Gorgeous design. Dog friendly. Both indoor and outdoor seating is lovely. Fast service! And the drinks are the best part. My favorite is the old fashion and the whipped painkiller is very addictive, so be warned! Try a sandwich while you're there.
Cute place! They have a bar located in a yurt behind the main building of the lavender farm. There is an outdoor patio space with corn hole and other games as well. Drinks were great and tours of the distillery can be set up by appointment. Definitely a little gem outside Grand Junction.

Such a fun, cozy atmosphere with some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. I love that you can taste them first. They have a cute patio next to the lavender farm with a cozy yurt to order drinks from, along with a food truck.The staff was very kind as well. They provided my dog with a water bowl, and sent him home with treats.
