Place was better when it was juice stop and not as expensive. Just found out they are permanently closed and out of business. Junction looses another business

We ended up here for lunch because the garden of eat'n was unexpectedly closed. When we walked in, I was excited to have found the place. It's great to have healthy options! However, this place seems to be a great idea but very poorly executed. There are no prices on the menu. There are a lot of things to choose from on the wall, but with that many options, the guy who works there needs to be trained on how to answer questions that customers have. We ordered two sandwiches, and based on the descriptions they should have been panini-like, so they were either mislabeled or not made correctly - were not "pressed". We ordered the granny sandwich I believe, which comes with pepper flakes, and the guy who made it accidentally dumped large piles on the sandwich after cream cheese had been placed on it. Instead of remaking the sandwich, he just tried to scrape it off. That resulted in a sandwich that just tasted like hot pepper flakes. When I asked for a cup of water to help with that, I was told they sell bottles of water. To which I said, really, I can't just have a cup for water? He mumbled I don't know and then turned around and got a cup of water. Which I appreciated, but again the delivery was pretty poor.I think the staff needs some serious training and the management needs to figure out how to staff a store appropriately. Fortunately we got in there with only a few people ahead of us, but with only one person working to register and making smoothies and food, we waited a while for our lunch. I felt really bad for the people who were after us waiting for smoothies for a long time.

Customer service was the absolute worse. There was two young kids, they said they were done for the day, yet it was still during open hours. I had never experienced something like that. Apparently open hours aren’t accurate there, or they just want to keep the kitchen clean to leave as soon as closing time rolls around. I don’t understand, however I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Walked in there 20 minutes before they were going to close. The two employees looked at us and said “we are about to close” so i asked if they would take an order and they said “no, maybe tomorrow.” We left, all this within open hours! Won’t ever go back there again. Poor customer service and literally turned away customers during open hours.

Probably the worst and most expensive smoothies we've ever had. $29 (yes, TWENTY NINE) for two 20 oz smoothies that still had bits of ice and fruit that was not fully blended. There is no signage to indicate prices and employees said they don't know how much things cost until they ring the customer up. Also it is now called juice n Java, not juice stop. You're better off skipping this place.

The smoothie is great. A few pieces of advice though… very few menu suggestions and no prices listed. Just a gigantic list of ingredients to choose from. It was overwhelming and I very much would’ve appreciated a list of pre-planned smoothies/juice blends with prices. More of the “staff favs”, but with vegetables? And prices. Because this smoothie is good, but $17 later…. ?!?! This is basic business. Do better.

Slow service… sat here for an hour for a smoothie looks like the staff is untrained possibly their first job ever and it’s not their fault that whoever owns the company didn’t give them the training to be confident to run the store alone. Disappointing to be honest that these kids don’t get the support they need to run an entire store alone…. Smoothie sat on the counter for 20 minutes while they tried to figure out how to use register for another customer. Owner needs to be more supportive and educational. enjoyed my “juice” even though it was supposed to be a smoothie.

Service from the girl who took my order was great. I took my sister for her bday. We got our drinks and sat on the barstools. We were just talking and drinking our drinks when a different employee came over to say they were closing at 4:00. (It was 3:30 on a Saturday) and said we needed to leave. We had only been there close to 30 minutes. It was strange and rude. Guess they dont want you to stay after ordering. We won't be back.

The smoothies are good, but prices aren’t listed. A place that charges $14 for a large should have that clearly listed. They were also out of a large number of ingredients.

Only three stars because they often use cheap ingredients. For example, Great Value brand greek yogurt (which cost $1 extra in your smoothie), yuck. Besides that, great staff, good smoothies.

Had a great experience at Juice N Java. I am having some issues with my teeth and am not really able to eat very well. The lady that helped me was very helpful and walking me though their smoothie process. A little on the pricey side but between the quality of product, taste, and customer service it was well worth it. Their food menu also looked amazing! I'll be going back when I feel better to try more!

Love the new menu setup and food items! Makes it easier to customize your own smoothie, and they still have the old menu items and names on hand in case you want one of the old Juice Stop smoothies. Food was fantastic and the smoothies and tea were as wonderful as they always were. Great new ownership and management, very friendly and hospitable!
