This place is legit! Their pizza is absolutely delicious and fresh! The balsamic dressing for the salad is homemade and I wish I could buy it by the gallon now. Highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience here! Not only were we greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome but we got a free pizza! The original pizza had a hole in it so we got that one and an extra pizza. You could tell the employees really cared about their customers. Highly
If anybody knows me and my posts, they know that I like Pizza. I don't drink beer. I don't eat cake and I don't like sweets but I like pizza. While visiting Grand Junction for work, I found Pablo's pizza. It had great reviews, but most importantly the locals really liked their pizza. I had the Santa Fe pizza and I lived ended up with some pepperoni. What a wonderful experience with all those vegetables, pepperoni and of course green chilies. The service is quick parking is easy and the ambiance is clean and open for seating. I am looking forward to returning to Grand Junction and Pablo's Pizza for another amazing pizza
Just really good pizza. Ordered a pepperoni mushroom pie for pickup. It was on time accurate. Some of the best pizza in the Rockies.

An a ok visit to this pizza place,Pablo's pizza is loosing the great pizzas in town quality, the quality of the pizzas it's getting from good to mediocre, pizzas are dry, seems like the sauce has disappeared when cooking and left a dry pizza, too bad Pablo's pizza used to be great ,now even Dominoes are making good pizzas now Pablo's pizza managers need to visit places like dominoes or even little Caesars to see what I'm talking about not to mention Pizza hut, they are loaded with sauce, and they are less expensive, so less expensive and good. Outweigh more expensive and mediocre. Everything in Pablo's pizza is good except for the pizza, so if you want a mediocre and expensive pizza go ahead it's your choice but if you want an inexpensive great pizza go to the others I mention before. Other friends have told me about the same issue with Pablo's pizza, I hope management takes note of this and make changes.
