Black haired girl with spikey nose ring and horrible attitude ruined our experience. Literally ruined a great moment in our day. So disappointing, you don’t know what other people are going through. Try kindness . Boo on you. I hope you see this and realize that maybe customer service isn’t for you. Maybe you’re better suited for radio.

I understand getting someone else's drink in drive- thru but I went back through to pick up my drink and it was only 3/4 full. Disappointing.Also, grilled cheese is mostly bread for $7+.

Burnt coffee. There's a reason I hardly ever go to Starbucks anymore. They over roast their coffee to the point where it's undrinkable. Never again...unless I'm desperate.

Can't live without my Toffee Nut Mocha, and ham and swiss croissant! Service is great. Very nice Baristas! Love going there to just chill.Dietary restrictions: I can't eat eggs, so the ham and Swiss croissant is perfect!Parking: Easy to park there.

I went to this Starbucks and ordered a cold brew with pumpkin cream. I had my window waiting to pay and I ended up rolling my window up a couple minutes later I roll down my window and she said are you ready to pay now? I said yes she scanned my phone and I owed like .80 cents she grabbed my dollar and threw it in the tip jar a d turned and walked away. I was appalled she did that I pulled up a little got out of my car and took that $1.00 out of that jar.I heard her say are you serious. Yes, I was serious you can't treat people like that and expect a tip.That dollar wasn't even a tip it was for the purchase of my drink.I called and talked to the manager and he apologized for her behavior.Treat your customers with respect.

They made both drinks wrong and when I asked for them to be remade the barista wanted to get snippy and throw her hands up like it was my fault.

I ordered through the drive thru. There was only one person in line which was a good start to my experience. The employee that took my order was super friendly and made sure my order got put in correctly. When I went to the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile. I received my drink in a timely manner and it was made exactly how I ordered it. Overall, the service was great!
