The food there is so delicious and fresh. My favorites are the pretzels ? and the cinnamon bitz. They deserve more than 2.4 stars that they have. The costumer service is outstanding! Every time I have gone there is when they are the busiest and let me just say they handle crowds every every well.Always so kind and friendly. I’m always so pleased and satisfied with the service and the food.
First of all the pretzels are so yummy!!! I’ve been a Wetzel’s Pretzels fan for quite some time and now I’m an even bigger fan because of the staff behind the counter at the Mesa mall location in Grand Junction, CO. For those who may not know, customer service is one of the hardest jobs on the planet and the girl behind the counter at this location is on it! Her customer service skills are amazing and she handles the crowds very well.
