The food has always been excellent & I haven't tried any soup I didn't like. The only thing they could improve is listing when their special soups like the Over Stuffed Green Pepper is offered.The staff is beyond excellent. The restaurant smells wonderful when you walk in.
Found this place on the road trip. What a surprise! Any soup they have - no brainer choice. So delicious and tasty, fresh and warm. Nothing is better than these soups for a winter road trip.

Chicken Pot Pie soup was delicious comfort food; not too salty either like many soup-specialty places are. Friendly service. Great cookie! Tired and worn seating areas need a refresh. No pics, I was too hungry to remember! Wish they would allow dogs on the patio - maybe allow in the future?

While the food is fairly good, they charge too much for too little food. My family went there for lunch and left still hungry. We will probably not return. **update: for some reason, I did go back three years later. The food was barely edible. My kids wouldn’t even eat their Mac and cheese, which was accompanied by goldfish crackers? Most of the food went in the trash, and our stomachs were off from the food we did eat.
Fantastic food! This is our first visit. We don’t have a Panera Bread in our area, which has made us very sad for a long time. We would definitely rate this on par with Panera! AMAZING!!!

I gravitate towards soup and sandwiches when I don't feel well. I can get pretty sassy when I don't feel well. The staff at Soup were patient and listened to my complaints. I misunderstood the menu on the Uber Eats App. I thought I was missing an item. I panicked and was rude. The woman I spoke with on the phone was calm and friendly. The reason I'm going only 3 stars is because this was my first and probably last time I'm going to order here. I am staying at an Airbnb to catch a flight. It was extremely disappointing to see the macaroni I had ordered was only half full. Nothing can be done about it because it isn't worth paying the Uber to get this fixed. I have to order more food now, bit from somewhere else. It is what it is. The woman owned up to the mistake. I respect that. She was very calm and polite even though I wasn't. I sincerely appreciate that.
