There is one particular short, dark skinned girl at this place that needs training on how to give good customer service. When a guest walks in you greet them! Instead of looking annoyed, you need to have a smile on your face. Stop talking to your co-workers and making guest wait. If you can't do these things you are in the WRONG industry. When I arrived, I met a really polite person who greeted me with a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. We were sat down in less than 10 which is amazing but I was sat down. It took a toll from there. We were greeted our tables with a lady who looked drained and very tired. She gave us menus and we waited about 15 minutes before actually being asked what we’d like to eat.
