As a good service manager, what I saw and experienced was just about what I anticipated. My two complaints are that the cashier didn't smile or have a friendly tone. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I would have airbus a little more effort. Also, there was only one other small group at the time. There was (regular) trash and stuff on the floor that could have been cleaned up and chairs that could have been pushed in to avoid tripping hazards (my kiddo did run into one). High quality food in a fadt-casual setting. I had the salmon salad and it was the perfect ratio of "good stuff" to lettuce. They have something for everyone, the staff is friendly. And a nice touch is that they clear your table for you as well, unlike some other similar places. I will definitely go back.

The beef burnt ends had a fishy taste. I ordered early, might have from days before??? The chopped meat was over spiced and over salted. Not everyone likes hot, hot over spicy foods.
