Beer and Brussels sprouts were next level ! Visiting from Seattle and hitting the fun ColoRADo breweries I’ve heard about for years. The DIPA and IPA were both excellent and balanced.
We went for a special beer pairing meal with a Carribean theme. The food was amazing the beer pairings were excellent! Highly recommend these events by Spice Trade. Their daily menu is also great and changes every few months to a new world cuisine themed menu. And even if you're not hungry, swing in for a beer.
