The BK app never works correctly. I was at BK and I couldnt get it to work. Plus the workers don't have a clue about the rewards nor how to credit them. I've complained about their BK reward app 3 or 4 times. The system has only got worst in my opinion. Some of their "offers" are scams like any size fries with any purchase through the app, but only one offer per visit and their offers cannot be used with any other offer. Thats great! BK is slipping.
Good burgers were good. But we asked for original chicken sandwiches. None spicy. And the were very spicy. I didn't want to drive all the way back from home to exchange them. So my wife and kid didn't get to est.

Had to wait at the counter while the workers looked at me before saying anything of how many I help you. It still take a few minutes to get my food. It was hard to understand them. The lobby was not nasty however it wasn't clean. I cleaned my own space before sitting.
