My wife placed an order for two burrito bowls last night. After making her wait for over an hour while the closing manager flirted/yelled at employees while accepting personal gifts, no one decided to help her. Eventually just went to the lone tree location. Worst restaurant/service I have ever heard of in my 33 years on this earth.
Please, for the love of God, can you check your brown rice before serving it. If I wanted to eat uncooked rice, I would just grab it from the pantry. Also, thanks for the 8 bites of chicken in my burrito bowl. That really hit the spot!

This Chipotle location was so dirty when I walked in and the staff was super rude. I didn't bother even getting food from them with their terrible attitude and disgusting store.
