We ordered some bagels, two muffins, and a cinnamon roll. We asked the to slice the bagels: nope. We were told that the cinnamon roll was fresh: we were give a rock hard slice of bread with crusted old frosting on the top! It was gross. The bagels are okay, but literally do not get anything else here ? This place feels dystopian. It’s almost 2024 and they still haven’t put their chairs and tables back “because of COVID”.The person taking my order seemed like she was on drugs and could barely work the machine. The food was fine but expensive. The coffee was cold and seemed like it was brewed hours before.Can we all just agree to avoid this place and let it die? The owner obviously doesn’t care about their customers’ experience. They are giving Einsteins a bad rep....read full review

I grab a bagel here almost every morning prior to my Ubering and there’s a young man that works & his name is Joe and he’s got the best freaking personality ever.If Joe’s bosses are reading this, you need to give this young man a raise.
