I'm not usually one to leave a review but I felt that I had to. Stopped in to Jimmy John's in Highlands Ranch to pick up a sandwich today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier went above and beyond answering my questions about the different options for a combo in lieu of chips. He also went the extra step and let me know all of the additional toppings that can be added to a sandwich for free. Prices have become outrageous here. Ordered a Cajun Chicken wrap, but instead received a Chicken Ceasar wrap that had almost zero chicken in it, and was awful tasting. The wrap cost $12.50, and if you add chips and a drink, it is almost $20. Literally will not be back. This place was great when it used to be cheap, but at these prices, there are way better options.
